Speaker Guidelines

Everything presenters need to know to deliver a great session.

Oral Presentations

  • 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
  • Slides in 16:9 widescreen format
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your session
  • Bring slides on a USB drive as backup

Poster Presentations

  • Recommended size: A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm)
  • Mount during the assigned poster session
  • Be present for the dedicated poster viewing

Submission

  • Submit your final presentation 7 days before the event
  • Use the official template where provided
  • Declare any conflicts of interest on the title slide

Audio / Visual

  • A laptop, projector and clicker are provided
  • Embed fonts and media into your file
  • Test your presentation at the speaker-ready desk
