An e-poster is a digital poster displayed on screens at the venue — ideal for remote or virtual participants.
Format
- Single slide, PowerPoint or PDF
- 16:9 landscape orientation
- Embed fonts and high-resolution images
Submission
- Submit selecting the E-Poster category
- Final file due 7 days before the event
- No physical printing required
Display & Recognition
E-posters are shown on the digital display throughout the event, and presenters receive a certificate of recognition.
